To participate, you must have an active Combo Package. Please send a request to our Support Team at service@bebetter-shop.com to generate a referral code for you. Please feel free to request a code of your desired format if you have it in mind. Alternatively, it will be a randomly generated referral voucher code.
The referred friend should be a new BeBetter Shop customer.
To refer a friend, simply give them your voucher code that is generated for you by us upon your request.
Your friend should enter this code at checkout.
The referral code can be applied to the Combo packages only. This means that the referral code cannot be used with other promotions.
Your friend receives a $50 discount on their first Combo Package with us, and you receive a $100 discount on your next package.
After your friend has been our customer for more than 7 days, the referral $100 discount code will be sent to you by email.
Your friend's bonus is applied only to their first Combo Package purchase. Your $100 discount code applies to your next Combo Package purchase, and it can be used only once.
Your referral code always remains active for your referred friends. However, the discount won't be approved by us if your friend places another order for the same brand using your code again. Instead, they will receive an email from our customer support with an explanation of the 'Refer a Friend' program rules. Such an email should be considered as an official warning for breaching our terms. Following our service terms, each customer can get two warnings before they get a temporary ban. If a customer continues breaching our service terms again after the ban is lifted, the next ban is issued as permanent.
Every discount promo code you receive remains valid as long as you maintain an active Combo package. Should you no longer have an active Combo package, all codes become automatically deactivated 7 days after the completion of your last Combo package and will not be available for future use.
There's no limit to how many friends you can refer, so keep spreading the word and earning discounts on your future orders!

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the Rules and Conditions at its discretion. As of Jan. 1st, 2024, these terms have been extended until Jan. 1st, 2025.
In some cases, when the 'Refer a Friend' Rules and Conditions are changed, the administration can notify users in a convenient form.
