By visiting, becoming a customer of, or subscribing to BeBetter Shop, you agree, without qualification, to be bound by the terms and conditions (the “Terms") of use set out below.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing the website at BeBetter Shop, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 7. Use of the Services
BeBetter Shop may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

We may terminate your account or change, claim or delete any username associated with your account if required to do so by changes in legislation, or for reasons of security, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are misusing the Services or using them contrary to the interests of other subscribers, or if you are otherwise in breach of this Agreement. We are not required to retain a log of your Account or any data or information you may have stored through the Account and/or the Services.

It is possible that your access to and use of BeBetter-Shop.com will be interrupted occasionally for compelling reasons such as equipment failure, periodic updating, maintenance or repairs relating to BeBetter-Shop.com or other steps that BeBetter-Shop.com needs to take in order to maintain the functionality of the Service.


8. Fees and payments
Pursuant to this Agreement you are responsible for any charges associated with connecting to the Site. BeBetter Shop reserves the right to change the Package fees in effect or institute new fees at any time.

By purchasing a Package you agree to be bound to the following terms:

Billing Policies
BeBetter Shop fees are exclusive of any applicable VAT or taxes, interest or installment fees charged by the credit card company, or other fees associated with connecting to the Internet.

All packages and non-refundable after your purchase.

An exception to the prior paragraph is our 7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days after the first purchase of your first package, you have the right to cancel your order and receive your full money back, by writing a request to make use of this 7-day-money back guarantee by written (email) notice. This 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any other packages after the first purchase.

The refund process, after the confirmation by the BeBetter Shop management, takes up to 10 business days.

BeBetter Shop does not pay separately any fees processing a refund, all fees will be included into the original amount of charge.

If, before the request for a refund, the order has been processed partially or completely, the service cancels the services provided by it (deletes the reviews left by it to the customer) at the time of receipt of the request for a refund.

The 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any other review packages after the first purchase.

BeBetter Shop deletes your account if you are violating the terms of service. Accounts that are not following the terms of service may be deleted without warning and full or partial refund.

8. Guarantee

BeBetter Shop provides a high quality service with a personalized approach.

The service can not and does not guarantee that a review will not be removed by a review platform for any reason as they regularly update their Fraud Detection Algorithms and take each single review under investigation for up to 2-168 hours before posting it.

However, BeBetter Shop guarantees that their removed or blocked reviews will be replaced and/or posted again for free anytime within 6 months upon request.

The warranty is not applicable if you provide your own strategy for the order completion or deviate from the mutually agreed-upon package of strategies.

The warranty does not apply if, within 30 days before placing an order, during its execution, or within 30 days after order completion, you have utilized a third-party fake reviews service or personally authored reviews.

The warranty is void if you opt to use your own review texts.

Given our comprehensive strategy that factors in numerous technical considerations, our efforts and strategies become compromised when third-party reviews are introduced. We bear no responsibility for the quality of such work or its ensuing consequences.


9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
